Little Porky's Place started the way all great things do — in a backyard, with a man who refused to cut corners. For decades, our founder spent nights perfecting his rubs, sauces, and marinades. Every recipe was developed through years of trial, taste, and obsession. He never wrote them down for anyone. Never shared them. If you wanted to taste it, you had to come to him.
That same secrecy is what makes every bite from our truck special. The dry rubs are hand-blended from recipes that exist nowhere else. The sauces are simmered low until they're thick enough to stand a spoon in. The brisket goes 14 hours over hickory because that's the only way he'd allow it to be served.
Now those guarded family recipes travel across Long Island — to your backyard, your wedding, your company picnic, and every event worth firing up the smoker for. The secret's still safe. You just get to taste it.
